Hi, I’m Ashley Shoshana Mink.

My pronouns are she, her. I am an individual, child, and family therapist grounded in Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I create individualized curricula to meet each client’s specific needs, and set collaborative goals to achieve greater health, happiness, and success in the world. Together, we develop tools of self-compassion and mindfulness to create an antidote to shame and guilt.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles, where I specialized in Child Studies and Spirituality/ Depth Psychology. I have completed courses in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness-Based CBT and have traveled to monasteries in France and Japan in order to experientially investigate the intersection of Buddhism and Psychoanalysis. My experiences with Eastern Spirituality, meditation and Zen Buddhism inform the theoretical framework in which I practice psychotherapy with my clients. I have had success treating children, teens, and adults facing issues around Anxiety, Depression, Autism, ADHD, Ancestral Trauma and PTSD.

I have over twelve years of experience working with children in various settings, my work has equipped me with a unique set of skills to support children, families, and teachers. I work with children on the Autism spectrum, using the D.I.R. Floortime model, to help clients grow through interactive play and learning practical coping skills.

You have boundless skills waiting to be discovered and utilized. I look forward to meeting you!
